We provide visitors to our Site ("User") with the opportunity to post, make available for sale and sell high-quality images ("Images, User Images") which they have previously posted on Instagram™ ("Reproductions") and to browse and buy digital copies offered for sale by others. By making available for sale, the User grants the Site a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-revokable license to sell and to make available for download the Images. The Images sold adhere to a 70% commission basis.
All Images available to licence has been specifically permitted for display by the Users. the Site does not, however, own any copyright on licensable Images. All licensable Images on the website are under copyright by their respective owners.
The Site will collect all proceeds on behalf of the User. the Site will deduct credit processing fees, chargebacks, and similar fees from the proceeds to determine net earnings. the Site will within five (5) business days transfer the net earnings to the bank account provided by the User. the Site will not be held liable for chargebacks, errors, processing delays, or lack of refunds related to the use of the Service.
The Site will deliver information on how to access the Images to the Buyers via selected electronic channels (E-mail). After successfully payment, the purchased Images will be available for download immediately. If the Buyer does not see unlocked product after payment, the Buyer should refer to Instastox.
The Site does not provide refunds and will not be held liable for chargebacks, errors, processing delays, or lack of refunds related to the use of the Service.
The Site reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify the pricing of the the Site products.
All information submitted by the Users and Buyers or collected by the Site in connection with the ue of the Service are strictly confidential. The Site does not share or sell this information with anyone. For detailed information, please see the Privacy Policy page of the Site.
You grant the right for the Site to license and distribute your content to third-parties;
You stay in control of your copyright;
The Site will collect all proceeds on your behalf;
The Site does not provide refunds, can not be held liable for chargebacks;
Collected personal data is used for limited purposes;
